He didn't, and wouldn't want pity. Unfortunately, her automatic responses had him frowning and eyes-narrowing with a sharp look in them. He didn't lash out though or speak.
She was attempting to be sympathetic, and Loki could tell that. But unfortunately it was a prickly subject and the way she was going about it was not one that helpful to him. Not from her, and maybe not from anyone.
